Happy birthday, Demi Lovato! She’s a favorite of our little girl. Anyway, I was reading PerezHilton.com (as usual) when I saw his post about Demi’s cake. Want to see what it looked like?

Someone must have smashed up the cake or something. And the candle is hilarious!

Still love that Disney princess, though. Happy birthday, girl!

Vanessa Hudgens got an unexpected shoutout from Dane Cook at the last Teen Choice Awards 2009.

“Girl, you gots to keep your clothes! Phones are for phone calls, girl,” he said, referencing her most recent topless pictures to be leaked online. (Photos of her posing nude in lingerie also surfaced in late 2007, forcing Hudgens to apologize and say she was “embarrassed over the situation.”)

I must admit, I had a good laugh at that joke. In my opinion, she brought on that dig because of her scandalous naked photos circulating online. She’s not happy with just one round. There’s a batch 2 of the naked photos scandal of this former Disney star!

But looking at it now, it seems to be a very inappropriate joke considering so many underage kids are watching live. Plus, Vanessa already suffered (has she?) from the circulation of the photos. Why embarrass her further?

I was supposed to post entries on a daily basis but because I am busy with other things, I neglected posting for almost 2 weeks! Yay! That won’t happen again. So expect a daily entry here. More than one most likely.

Tocino or tosino is a cured meat product usually made out of pork and is similar to ham and bacon although beef is also used. It is often reddish in color and has a sweetish taste. Its name is derived from the Spanish word tocino, which is used to describe bacon or cured meat.

Tocino is usually fried in oil or boiled in water, depending on how moist it is desired.
